Project Title: Insurance Management System
Introduction: Insurance Management System (IMS) will cover every part of Insurance Business. There two types of Insurance 1. Life Insurance 2. General Insurance. Life Insurance concern with Human Life Insurance and General Insurance Concern with Land, Vehicle and other assets insurance. IMS system will have every module of Insurance Management including Premium, Policy, Claim, Vat, Tax, Accounts etc. This IMS System will have approximately 60 Branch offices in different districts all over the country. Every Branch office will connect to the central server then they can access the application.
Data collection & Input: Data will be collect form local office to zonal office by courier. Data will be imputed in zonal office through User Interface, and Scanner also and will be directly to the server. What data? Answer: Thank you sir for your valuable suggestions. There are different modules of Insurance which have different data to be inputted. Here is some sample data to inputted:

Answer: Insurance Business Modules Out Put Ø System will provide List Clients According to Insurance Module e.g. Life Insurance General Insurance, Marine Insurance, Motor Insurance, Fire Insurance Ø System will provide Number of Policies and Endorsements according to different Insurance Module. Ø System calculates and shows Premium of all Insurance Modules. Ø System will provide Co-insurance and Re-Insurance facilities. Ø System will provide branch wise report Ø System will provide necessary monthly report Ø System will provide necessary yearly report
User: More than 1500 user will access the application form different location.
Geographical area covered by project : This project will cover 60 branches of different district all over Bangladesh.
Application Importance to the client: Currently there are a lot of problems in client business management like
collecting data and report from different branches.
Managing that huge amount of data.
Problem in preparing reports of different aspects like according to branch, according to district, Head office etc.
The application will help to solve all of these problems and it will provide more flexible way of business access.

Techniques
This application is desktop based client server application
One real-IP will be host on server.
Every Client PC will be connect to the server through that IP
After successfully connect to the server client can access database and easily run the application.

Introduction: Now a day insurance System is becoming more popular in our country and relatively it helps people in various steps of human life. 4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Agreement Review and Related Service Provide
There will be agreement letter where implementation date and service duration after implementation will be mentioned clearly.
After successfully completed the development and testing software will implement to the client.
After implementation client will get all problem fixing and service related help till to agreement date.
According to this project every insurance company branches will get different service like software installation in client PC, Server configuration, Client or other branches communication with head office server, Software and other tools setup of new insurance company branch etc.
Any kind of software or data communication fault fixing will be consider as service.
