Project Title: Online Information Centre for Bishaw Shahitto Kendro
In our today’s modern technological life different modern application seawares brought are huge facility for any sort of organization. The Bishaw Shahitto Kendro, are social awareness organization is mainly not a business organization. Its goal is to find out enlightened people from different educational institution. Though at the beginning Bishaw Shahitto Kendro started with Small range of activities but today it is a very big organization covering almost allover the country. So now a days it is becoming tougher and tougher for the Bisho Shahitto Kendro to manages all it branches beyond any technological help. So the organization has decided to build its own online application software. It will be an online based Document Archiving System to store, view and search.
Main outputs: This system will be used for the following four modules to view their information and systems. Those are - • Administration Module • Publication Module • Accounts Module • Organizer Module

Data collection and input: Information will be collected and input into the computer through internet, so that the employees can enter data from various areas.Softcopies of text documents or pdf files? it will be both types
User: About 1400 employees including different educational institutions and their own will be the user of this software.
Geographical area covered by project: This software project will cover 1196 educational institutions all over Bangladesh and their head office and mobile libraries.
Importance to the client to have the project properly implemented: Unquestionably, using software is more efficient. The main purpose of using this online software is to give a simply way for managers and executives to keep track over the unit that is faring any time. Therefore, there would be several functions you can learn before your option go for this software.

PROCESS: In this segment the over all working process of the software is illustrated. How the software is designed is expressed here. The various kinds of reports generating procedures also have been explained over this segment.
Techniques: 1. Survey the organization: At first we have surveyed the organization with our team. We have seen the present working system of the organization 2. Collect data: Then we have collected all data for our development purpose. 3. Analysis of data: In data analysis segment we have categorized all the data into different phases so that we can implement them easily. 4. Draw DFD(Data Flow Diagram): We have drawn the data flow diagram in brief. This DFD drawing includes Context level DFD, Level 1 DFD and System level DFD. We used Microsoft VISIO tool bar to draw the DFDs. 5. Define ERD: we have analyzed all data and defines primary and foreign keys so that we can implement ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). We defines the communication way for example one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many etc. 6. ERD Updating: Keeping in mind about company’s demand, we have updated our ERD several times. 7. SDLC Implementation: includes Preliminary Investigation, System Analysis, System Design, Programming, Testing, Conversion 8. Maintenance 9. Rich-Picture Implementation: in the next step, we had implemented rich picture 10. Structures English 11. Update data dictionary 12. User Interface designing & Implementation 13. Security: tested different security tests. 14. Testing: tested the full and final software
