Main Outputs

Keep a track of meeting agendas and the completion of tasks assigned during the meetings. Statistics of completion of tasks will be available for follow up in subsequent meetings. The software will be web-based so that any company can open an account and use the software to get maximum benefit.

How data will be collected and input?

Raw data will be cllected from different companies meeting minutes [for that I can take last 5/10 meeting findings/decissions] and the company will give all employees identity those who are involved in meeting. The concern authorized person will give input according to the meeting minutes.
No, raw data for each meeting. How does a company use meetings? What is the purpose? So the software should help achieve the purpose of meetings. It should not only help prepare, it should help fulfill the purpose of a meeting to the company. Same for every company.
answer: yes sir. i strongly agree with you. actually i have said that purpose in main output section. for testing purpose i can take some input from previous meetings. In this management system software i will give the option so that any campany can create their account and the administrator can manage meetings and assign task to the respective persons. not only this, the system user can trace the overall progress of each and everybodies task. by using all other modules we can fulfill the purpose of a meeting.

Any company/department/organization can use this software and for that each company must open a new account in this software [like wiki] and then can access all the facilities those are available in this software.

It is online based project so geographically it is easily accessible by the users.


How important it is for the client to have the project properly implemented?

Look,it is very important because if any company can implement this project properly then they can manage the compnay perfectly, that means operational management will be easier and flexible. Most importantly, the company can trace out the overall progress of each task. What is the purpose of a company meeting?
answer: the main purpose is to conduct meeting, assign respective persons and trace the overall progress of meeting agendas.

3. after oening an account i will create employee database, task database, meeting database, mail database, progress database etc.
4. from the respective database respective information will be stored and distributed among the employees
5. then data swapping will be done according to the requirement.
6. before all of the above i will do some paper work for that
