Project Title: SAF Scanning & Archiving System Background of the project Have you studied http://www.scribd.com?
Banglalink GSM is one of the renowned Telecom Operators of Bangladesh. It is gaining popularity day by day. It has more than 10 million subscribers who are getting telecom service by this company. But to manage the Subscriber form of such amount of active subscriber using traditional paper works is not a matter of joke. This is very much back dated for today’s modern computer age. Automated computerized system is needed for any organization to maintaining its activities efficiently and faster. We are now going to make Banglalink’s Subscriber Management process to a complete computer automated system. Purpose of the project A Telecom company's strength lies in its Subscriber. The best companies consider Subscriber Management extremely important, and a lot of time and resources are invested in it. In the subscriber management process, many milestones are crossed from the time a connection get activate is made to the time a connection is sold; many tasks are performed; much time is taken; many stakeholders are involved. While paper and pen methods work, they are pointless when sophisticated systems perform the same task effortlessly. SAF Scanning & Archiving is a comprehensive solution to subscriber management needs. It provides a natural workflow that takes the users through the process, while tracking details for later analysis. The use of this system will immediately increase the efficiency of subscriber management process. Objective of the Project Ø To make the existing subscriber management system automated Ø Helping Banglalink GSM authority to work easily Ø Providing online facilities Ø Remote login for authority Features of the project Advantages to operator Ø User friendly interface. Ø Comprehensive validation. Ø Interactive scanning process. Advantages to the management Ø Authority will be able monitor the whole process form a single view. Ø Identify the ho is doing incorrect operation. Ø Comprehensive two tire Backup System. Ø Identify the Discrepancy. Ø Enhanced productivity.

Reconciliation the quantity of scanned SAF
Store the file according to the defined filing policy
Export the Images to the Server for Indexing
Step 3 - Indexing – From Step 2 Files are automatically posted to Folder owned by each indexer in a round robin fashion – The User Interface for the Indexer will automatically retrieve the file from the indexers collection. – The user Interface will highlight the area on application form of the image he is currently indexing – Once the Indexing is completed, the Document is submitted to the Export queue Step 4 - Database Preparation – After submitting the document from Indexing the image moves into a folder allocated in a central Directory – The database administrator will retrieve the local workstation Database and prepare it for uploading in CSV format – Duplication check and data quality is checked in this step Step 5 - Delivery – Once the database compilation is completed if the SIM card or mobile no is duplicated this will go to Duplicates folder. – If there are any important fields which are missing the document will go to Incomplete area – If the Document is complete and not duplicate this will be ready for the delivery – The Incomplete and Duplicate will be notified to identified Banglalink personnel by email – The same UI used by Indexer and Verifier can be used to re-index the document with correct information
The Application can be rejected which will move the Image to Rejected area and organized by Month and day
